RoMaisonettes: Flora's Apartment

The newly renovated apartment is located in the Colli Portuensi district, 3 km from Trastevere station (reachable in just 20 minutes via 6 bus lines).

Trastevere station is directly connected to Leonardo Da Vinci airport and to most tourist attractions: with tram “8” and several other bus lines you can reach the historic center of Rome in just 10 minutes.

The apartment, completely and tastefully renovated with quality materials, is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The space is spread over three environments:

1) a living area with an equipped kitchenette (with induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and everything needed for cooking), an extendable table/console with 3 chairs, TV, a single sofa bed;

2) double bedroom with wardrobe and work area;

3) bathroom, with sink, toilet, shower and washing machine;

There is also a comfortable terrace, equipped with awnings that guarantee privacy and a table with chairs.

Upon arrival, each guest will be provided with a towel kit including: 1 shower towel, 1 face towel and 1 intimate hygiene towel.

Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible, so that we can better organize your check-in.

To avoid misunderstandings, below you will find all the information necessary to check in and check out.

Check in:

- Check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm. Please let us know in advance if your arrival is before 3pm and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

- How does check-in work? One of our collaborators will await your arrival.

Check out:

- our check-out time is by 10:00 am, in order to better organize the cleaning times.

- How does check-out work? One of our collaborators will come to collect the keys or, alternatively, you can leave them on the table and close the door behind you.
